Unlock Free WiFi
1. Turn on your WiFi and contact to "@Smart Mall Free WiFi".
2. Open your browser and click through to the mall's WiFi landing page.
3. Complete the required fields, open the SmartMall App and click to unlock your free 10GB of WiFi data.

SmartMall App Support
- Open your device Settings and navigate to Wi-Fi.
- Select SmartMall Free WiFi to start your connection.
- Wait for the screen to finish loading.
- Click to REGISTER a free account, if you haven’t registered before. Provide the requested info to complete your SIGN-UP.
- Alternatively, LOGIN using your Mobile Number if you have registered before.
- Tap ADD 1GB FOR FREE.
- START YOUR SESSION to gain internet connection.
- Log into the SmartMall App using the same login credentials.
- Navigate to PROFILE in the SmartMall App to Unlock Free WiFi.
- If you run into any issues, contact SUPPORT by selecting one of the support channels below, alternatively WhatsApp your request to 021 492 9031.
Note: Ensure to add sufficient information about the device being used.
